Class descriptions & rates

Saturday Flow

A balanced weekend practice combining movement, breath, strength and flexibility. Move through a varied sequence at a comfortable, steady pace, with enough movement to build warmth and energy and time to slow down and stretch.

Relax & Restore

A quiet practice combining restful Yin postures with guided relaxation and body scanning. Move at an unhurried pace, settle into comfortable poses and give yourself time to soften and let go of the day.

Move with Ease

A slower practice blending traditional yoga with fascia-focused techniques for release, mobility and body awareness. Intentional movement gives you time to notice sensation while supporting nervous system regulation. A quiet but surprisingly deep practice designed to help you move and feel with greater ease.

Mindful Yoga

A slower, intentional practice with time to explore each posture. Standing, seated and balancing poses build strength, stability and body awareness without rushing from one pose to the next. Modifications are offered throughout, allowing you to find the version of each posture that works for you.

Midday Reset

A midday practice for anyone looking to move, stretch and reset, with a flexible format that fits easily into a one-hour lunch break. Expect sun salutations, standing, balancing and seated postures.

Arrive anytime up to 12:10 for a self-led warm-up, followed by a teacher-led practice from 12:10–12:50. Stay for self-led closing or meditation until 1:00, or quietly leave whenever you need to. Doors close at 12:10.

Intuitive Flow

A fluid practice with elements of yoga, dance and Qi Gong. Instead of detailed posture-by-posture instruction, you're given a shape or direction and encouraged to let your body guide the movement. There's no fixed sequence - the focus is on moving, exploring and finding your own rhythm.

Half Primary

A shortened version of the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series, linking breath and movement through an established sequence. Expect sun salutations, standing and seated postures, followed by a closing sequence. Repetition builds familiarity over time while developing strength, flexibility, stamina and focus.

Gentle Yoga

A slower, supportive practice. Standing, seated and reclined poses focus on mobility, balance, flexibility and maintaining strength.

Friday Flow Down

Begin with an easy-to-follow flowing practice to build some warmth, then gradually transition into slower, longer-held Yin postures. A little bit Yang and a little bit Yin, just what you need to get ready for the weekend.

Dynamic Ashtanga

A strong, faster-paced practice drawing from the movement and postures of the Ashtanga tradition. The sequence allows for variety while maintaining a strong Ashtanga influence. Expect plenty of movement, building strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.

Chair to Mat

Begin with seated and chair-supported movement before transitioning to the mat once for gentle seated and reclined postures. No repeated up-and-down from the floor. Suited to those comfortable making one transition to the mat and back up at the end of class.

Chair Yoga

An accessible practice using a chair for seated postures and support during standing poses. A focus on comfortable movement, mobility, balance, flexibility and strength without requiring you to get down to the floor.

Ashtanga Fusion

Rooted in the Ashtanga Primary Series without following the traditional sequence from beginning to end. Familiar Ashtanga postures and transitions are mixed with poses from other yoga disciplines and occasionally the Intermediate Series. A strong, flowing practice with room for variety and creativity.

Align Your Spine

A focused practice emphasizing alignment, core strength and posture. Explore how the core, hips, shoulders and surrounding muscles work together to support good movement and a strong foundation. A thoughtful class for anyone interested in improving posture, alignment and body awareness.

Active Series

Developed by Sharath Jois, the Active Series offers a more accessible approach to Ashtanga Yoga. Simple postures, movement and breath create an active, balanced practice without the complexity of the traditional series. A great introduction to Ashtanga for a wide range of ages, abilities and levels of flexibility.

Yin & Sound

Longer-held Yin postures meet the immersive sound of crystal singing bowls and music. Settle into each pose, soften muscular effort and explore stillness while sound is woven throughout the practice.

Vinyasa

Move through a strong sequence of postures while building warmth, strength, balance and flexibility. Enjoy a relaxing cool down at the end. Options offered along the way to make the practice your own.

Somatics & Yin

Two slow, complementary practices in one class. Begin with small, mindful Somatic movements that explore sensation, body awareness and patterns of tension, then transition into longer-held Yin postures and stillness.

Somatics

Small, comfortable movements explore sensation, body awareness and patterns of tension rather than pushing into deep stretches. A quiet practice that encourages easier, more comfortable movement.

Sunday Reset

Comfortable slow downed movements, stretching, mobility and breathwork come together at an easy-going pace.
